Check-in Instructions
- 1 Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards. If you are arriving earlier, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- 2 At the entrance of the building, look for the black key box on the right side. It is clearly visible as you approach the door.
- 3 Enter the personal code sent to you before your arrival to open the key box and retrieve your keys.
- 4 Make yourself at home — the apartment is fully prepared and ready for you. If you need anything at all, don't hesitate to reach out.
Around the Apartment
How Things Work
- 🚿 Hot Water: The apartment uses a boiler system. Please turn on the boiler 20–30 minutes before you need hot water. The switch is located outside of the bathroom in the electric switch panel. Remember to turn it off when not in use to save energy.
- ❄️ Air Conditioning: The remote control is on on the table under the AC. Please keep windows and doors closed while the AC is running for best efficiency. Set to your preferred temperature and enjoy!
- 🅿️ Parking: Free street parking is available on the road around the block. No parking permit is required. Spaces are generally available throughout the day. Mostly around 8:00 AM - 13:00 PM
- 🔇 Quiet Hours: Out of respect for neighbours, please respect quiet hours between 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM (afternoon rest) and 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (overnight).

Departure
Check-out Instructions
- 1 Check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, please let us know in advance and we will try our best to arrange it.
- 2 Do a quick tidy up — no deep cleaning needed, just leave the space reasonably neat as you found it.
- 3 Take out the rubbish and dispose of it in the bins located outside the building entrance.
- 4 Turn off the air conditioning, close all windows and doors, and switch off the water boiler.
- 5 Return the keys to the black key box at the entrance using the same code provided at check-in. Make sure the box is securely closed.
